Amateur boxing club governed by England Boxing. All ages, all levels and abilities.
We coach intense cardio exercise and boxing technique. Only 5% of attendees will compete but for everyone else it is good exercise and a new skill to learn.
Our classes promote discipline, health and wellbeing.
Our attendees grow in confidence which extends to school, work and social life.
