Rebound is a full body workout on a mini trampoline. Bouncing helps to burn calories and tone from top to toe.
There are currently three weekly classes at Cromer Sports Centre, St Michael's Junior School in Bowthorpe and Dussindale Community Centre.
The upbeat, 45 minute workout develops cardio fitness, muscle toning, co-ordination and better balance. Groups are small, friendly and supportive. All equipment is provided.
The best thing to wear is well fitting trainers, leggings and a supportive sports bra. Nothing loose or flappy. Water and a towel are also a good idea.
The classes are multi level and welcome all ages and abilities.
