Mini trampoline child friendly exercise classes

Welcome to ((BOUNCE)) Norwich!

Below is all you need to know:

​

1. Our 1 hour class features the first 45 mins filled with choreographed dance-cardio jumping routines and then finishing off with 15 minutes of toning, targeting the arms, glutes and abs.

2. ((BOUNCE)) is 3 times more effective than floor based fitness thanks to the addition of gravity and g-force provided by the trampoline.

3. CHILD FRIENDLY CLASSES

4. These are sessions where children of any age can attend in the studio whilst you workout. Toys, food, prams etc are all welcome. If there is a spare trampoline, they can have a little bounce too. You don’t have to be a parent to come along, the workout is still the same.
